LATE NIGHT WITH PAT THE BARTENDER:
My buddy ed Sr. (Mike) and I hit our favorite pub last night and then went out with Pat, The bartender.
Pat was confused because I brought a huge watermelon to the bar. I figured everybody would like some watermelon, but I ate a little and no one else wanted some so I just threw it out.
Pat is a great storyteller and has seen the change that Hoboken has gone through the past 20 or so years.
We talked about Hoboken, boxing, The Grateful Dead, Dylan.... you know, guy stuff. It was cool.
(The best bartender in Hoboken? Well, certainly one of the best.)
