CHEF BILLY "THE KID" AT COMEDY CENTRAL IS ON VACATION:

Chef Billy "The Kid" is on vacation this week.
And guess who is filling in for him...

Retired Chef Bernie "Cy" Calloway, he's back at the big CC all week (after a three year retirement).

Chef Bernie has worked for many NYC landmark restaurants (Sardi's, Patsy's, Elaines, Corner Bistro).

And after spending the last few years in South Carolina trying to perfect the art of making BBQ sauce, he's back, for one week only.

Word on the street is that today for lunch we are having beef ribs and grits.
