SUPER SUNDAY!
Big night back in Hoboken last night. Saw Mike (Ed Jr Jr), Diana and Elisha at the local bar and then headed to a real bash at THE MADISON GRILL with Joltin Joey (who knew both the parking attendant and the big guy working the door at TMG - JOEY was 2 for 2 - he knows people!), Sir Walter and his friend from Lyndon, NJ who played basketball in high school with him (center/forward) - nice guy but I can't remember his name camea long too.. We met a bunch of girls from Sir Walter's beach-house. Jamie, a tall blonde was very nice. She aked me what I did for work and told some guy that was hitting on her to "BACK OFF!" I was very impressed by her no nonsense attitude. WOW!
Now I'm at NBC Sports. Just ate a taco here (free) - not bad. I had pancakes in Hoboken. They were good, but not as good as my mother's Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes. THOSE ARE GOLDEN!!!!!!

I HAVE MASSIVE BUS LAG! (LIKE JET LAG ONLY ON A BUS INSTEAD OF A NICE JET!)
GOOD TRIP HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! I got beat terribly last night at cards by my grandmother, aunt and mother. TERRIBLY!
Upon arriving home I got a box of cookies from Amy Richardson, yes, the great Leather from the Leather and Lace show on WKNH circa 1994-1998. Thanks so much for the cookies! Yum Yum! Did you make those???? Copyright the recipe. The recipe of yummy!!!! That was the best gift I got this year!!!! Well my mom came in second for getting me AA batteries, dental floss and of course... toothpaste. Mom you are quite the joker! - This is the first year like in 15 years my mom didn't get me socks.
Back to work tomorrow.
Dad, I enjoyed the long rides we took and our trips to the library.

Yes folks, Wade is feeling it. He's getting a cold. The sad thing is he's been taking it easy. When he's run down he doesn't get a cold. When he sleeps 9plus hours a night... he gets a cold.

A-ROD TO REDSOX deal is still.... whatever. Feel teased.
Finished 'Seabisquit the Movie' I rather enjoyed it! I thought the horse racing/acting/camera work was AWESOME! The story jumped too too fast but... overall I liked it.
Might go see 'Return of the King' tonight. It's 3 hours and 20 minutes long.
My bladder is not made of iron (or steel) so if I go and I get a Snicker's bar and 20 ounce Dr. Pepper - that's what I usually get, I will take at least 2-3 potty trips.
We'll see.

Hail Hail Friday!!!!
Yesterday was a fun filled, celebrity filled WADE THURSDAY!
Working at Comedy Central yesterday I saw Artie Lange from THE HOWARD STERN SHOW. He was a real cool guy and fellow NJ-ian. VIVA LE ARTIE!
And last night my buddy Lonny and I hit the Conan O'Brien XMAS party. We talked a bit to many of the REAL PEOPLE that put the show together. MEGA VIVA THE REAL PEOPLE at COB. Lonny and I talked to Todd Barry a bit. Very nice guy. Ali from the PIT, another cool guy who I've driven around in the CONAN O' BRIEN REMOTE VAN when working there part time - who introduced me to Tom Scharpling, who has the greatest radio show ever!!!!! That was the highlight of my night. AND YES, TOM WAS A COOL GUY, TOO.
A bunch of the SNL cast were there in unusually bright outfits, and sunglasses. Yes, they really stood out.
Another guy who really stood out was JASON, my boss at CONAN. He's a real awesome guy - thanks for the work DUDE!
ANOTHER HIGHLIGHT:
When Lonny took a meatball off an app plate and took his toothpick and dicarded it on a lemon on the app plate. ACTUALLY THE REACTION OF THE WAITER TO ALL OF THIS WAS THE HIGHLIGHT.

I ate a chicken wing and didn't have a place to put the bones for like a half an hour. I finally just put it on an app plate and 'THE SAME WAITER' gave me the SAME LOOK!
LAST HIGHLIGHT:
Asking the bartender for a wine glass for my beer and her REACTION TO THIS REQUEST.

Free agent closer Keith Foulke has signed a three-year, $21 million deal with the Red Sox, ESPN's Peter Gammons reports.
The deal includes a vesting option for a fourth season.
Foulke's decision came down to staying with Oakland or going to Boston. Foulke, a right-hander, notched 43 saves in 48 chances last season and went 9-1 with a 2.08 ERA with 88 strikeouts and just 20 walks.

After working a grueling day I hit the artshow in Hoboken.
The mosiac arts, the handbags, the soaps, the band, all excellent.
I kinda had a thing for the girl selling the scarves. I got a thing for scarves. But then I got real turned off by her because:
1) she didn't make the scarves.
2) she has a boyfriend.
A Wade fan came up to me and said he saw me perform at the Shannon Lounge last month and loved the show. WADE DROPPED THE BALL AND FAILED TO GIVE HIM A FLYER FOR THIS WEBSITE. C'MON WADE, get with the program.

First girl/group of girls to get a WADE biz card and collectively reject the card
- Kristen Johnson (not the one with the green tooth) Kristen, a kind soul (no joke) looked at the card and passed it down the bar to her friends and they... passed it on back to her collectively with odd looks on their faces.

My toilet exploded last night at 11pm as I was getting ready for bed. No, I didn't flush it I was just sitting on it dental flossing. Once I cleaned up the wet floor... explosion #2, MORE WATER spewing out of the bowl. By 12:30 I was exhausted and .... explosion #3! I started to cry and then noticed my bathtub was filling up with a black goo. Nevertheless, I DIDN'T SLEEP LAST NIGHT!
