Yuri, he's a male and loves TV's 'Facts of Life'.

Birds of a feather, flock together - right on over to adamwade.blogspot.com.

MAJOR NEWS FROM THE COMEDY CENTRAL COMMISSARY:

CHEF BILLY "THE KID" GIVES HIS NOTICE, HEADED TO FOX NEWS.

(Chef Billy now crazy like a ... FOX?)

People walked around today in disbelief, because as of 10/15/04 Chef Billy will no longer be here.
Yes, the Chef Billy who recently won New York Magazine's BEST NEW YORK COMMISSARY CHEF 2004, beating out CNN's CHEF BOB "JUST ADD GRAPENUTS", CBS' CHEF CHUCKIE "MAC AND CHEESE AND BEETS", and FOUR TIME WINNER, MORGAN STANLEY'S CHEF SAM "I AM".

He signed a 5 year deal to man the FOX NEWS main commissary for "Big Money" (according to Leon the dishwasher)

THE BIG QUESTION IS WHO WILL TAKE BILLY'S PLACE?:

"LITTLE" GUS? MAYBE SO.

Chef Billy's protege' "Little" Gus makes pizza at Comedy Central Commissary once in a while. People have said his ziti is a bit salty. Can he maintain the Comedy Central kitchen?

("Little" Gus with his finest pie)

STAY TUNED!

GOOD LUCK TO 'SUPER' PHIL FROM ACCOUNTING"
Yep, Super Phil (sort of) released an album today (he burned the office 4 songs he's been working on).

(Elton John and Michael Bolton... look out - we'll all be hearing this guy soon... in the dentist office - and I mean that as a compliment.)

Meet 'Super' Phil, more of a crooner than a rocker, but be still all our hearts... his music is magic.

FROM 'REALLYSMALLTALK.COM'

LETTER FROM THE EDITOR (Dan Kennedy)

I never knew her personally. Like a lot of fans, I never met her and even feel like the wrong guy to write this, but...she's gone now, isn't she? The weird thing about life is that it is so final in the end. And this week when you're listening to cheesy morning disc jockeys saying it's everyone's loss, ask yourself if it isn't radio that basically took her from us. Well, not radio...you know, exactly...but I think you know what I'm saying. And remember that the people eulogizing her on the streets this week are the same people that would've told you she was nothing but an absolute animal when she was still alive. Funny how people change their tune when they feel like it's the right thing to do. The real fans will never forget her. The bullshit Johnny-Come-Lately fans will act like they knew her all along. The truth is, that's what I'm doing right here and now. Some time goes by, and suddenly if you lived in Seattle in the early nineties, you kind of feel like you knew more about Cobain somehow. Some time goes by, and suddenly if you ever used to hang out waiting on friends in that parking lot next to The Viper Room in Hollywood, you started to somehow feel a little bit closer to River and what he must've gone through, didn't you? Just admit it. "Oh, she was just a cat!" That's what everybody's going to read this and think. Then they'll say, "She wasn't even your cat! You never even met the cat!" Then there will be email sent here accusing me of trying to act like I knew her...well, I'm telling you right now I never did. But some time will go by and suddenly anyone who's ever driven through New Hampshire will feel like they knew her somehow.

She was Peaches.

Who the hell are you?

INTERESTING JUICE COMMENTS MADE BY MY FRIEND, DEANO:

(Deano Rocks)

Deano is the man. Here are some comments he made to me concerning my favorite juice beverage (apple).Wade,

Apple & Eve makes juices that are 100 percent juice (no sugar or corn syrup)--and if you ask me, 100 percent refreshing. My favorites are cranberry grape, cranberry apple, and cranberry mango. Their juices are more expensive, but they are worth it.

Nantucket Nectars Organic are really good, but they are very expensive.

He retorted, "Can't you see I'm eating my angel food cake yogurt, now scram."

MATT WADE (ADAM'S BROTHER) RETURNS WITH A NEW ARTICLE ABOUT THE REDSOX
Not only is Matt Wade the best brother in the world, he is probably the most faithful fan the Boston Red Sox could ever have.
(He is also gets mistaken for Kurt Russell)

(Matty)

WITH TWO WEEKS LEFT, RED SOX ALMOST A SHOE-IN FOR PLAYOFFS

MATT WADE

(BOSTON)----- After winning one out of three against American League
East leaders, the New York Yankees, the Boston Red Sox trail the Bronx
Bombers by 4 1/2 games with two weeks left in the regular season and
thirteen games to play.
After beating the Yankees 3-2 Friday night, the Sox lost over the
weekend 14-4 and 11-1. Making it to the playoffs looked good late Friday
night for the Sox, but on Monday morning, despite two straight losses,
the Anaheim Angels lost 1-0 to Texas on Sunday, so the Red Sox remain 5
1/2 games ahead in the American League Wild Card race.
Starting Monday evening, Boston finishes their last homestand
against the poor-pitching Baltimore Orioles for four games and then the
Yankees for the weekend series. If Boston can improve just a half a game
on New York by Friday, (4 games out), they will send Martinez,
Wakefield, and Schilling against the Yankees. Could the Sox sweep the
Yankees at home? Sure they can. And next Sunday night, we could be
looking at the Sox trailing the New Yorkers by just one game in the
East, with still a week left to play. If the Sox do not sweep, it will
be hard to win the East.

Fans gone wild-----Fenway has been really good to the 'local 9' the
whole season, and beginning Monday, again, the Red Sox are 5 1/2 games
ahead of the Anaheim Angels in the Wild Card. The Red Sox and Angels
each have thirteen games remaining. Let's take a look:

Boston has seven at home and six away. The Red Sox play their last six
games in Tampa for three and then three with the Birds of Baltimore.

The Angels face the Mariners and then Oakland for three games each at
home starting Monday. Then, the Angels head to Texas for four games and
finish the season with three games in Oakland.

Would you rather face Tampa Bay and Baltimore or Texas for four and
then Oakland for three away? The Sox definitely are playing much weaker
teams.
The Minnesota Twins lead the Central Division by 12 1/2 games and
the Oakland A's lead the West by three over Anaheim. Both teams have a
87-62 record. If the Sox get the Wild Card, they could possibly face
Oakland and the Yankees could face Minnesota, depending on who has a
better record in the Central and West. The Sox would much rather play
the A's (remember last year?) and the Yankees would have their hands
full in the first round with Minnesota's starting pitching, which is
quite clearly better than New York's.
What the heck does this all mean? Well, the Red Sox could win five
of seven in their homestand, the Angels could lose three or four, and
the Sox could be 6 1/2 up next Sunday, with six left to play. In other
words, the Sox could wrap up the Wild Card by next Sunday, and could be
in line to face the A's and the Yankees could win the East and face the
Twins. Don't panic. The Sox will make the playoffs. This could be the
year. Don't worry, be happy guys.

SONG LYRICS OF THE WEEK:

"The Man Who Couldn't Cry"
Written by Loudon Wainwright III

There once was a man who just couldn't cry
He hadn't cried for years and for years
Napalmed babies and the movie love story
For instance could not produce tears
As a child he had cried as all children will
Then at some point his tear ducts ran dry
He grew to be a man, the feces hit the fan
Things got bad, but he couldn't cry

His dog was run over, his wife up and left him
And after that he got sacked from his job
Lost his arm in the war, was laughed at by a whore
Ah, but still not a sniffle or sob

His novel was refused, his movie was panned
And his big Broadway show was a flop

He got sent off to jail; you guessed it, no bail
Oh, but still not a dribble or drop

In jail he was beaten, bullied and buggered
And made to make license plates
Water and bread was all he was fed
But not once did a tear stain his face

Doctors were called in, scientists, too
Theologians were last and practically least

They all agreed sure enough; this was sure no cream puff
But in fact an insensitive beast

He was removed from jail and placed in a place
For the insensitive and the insane
He played lots of chess and made lots of friends
And he wept every time it would rain

Once it rained forty days and it rained forty nights
And he cried and he cried and he cried and he cried

On the forty-first day, he passed away
He just dehydrated and died

Well, he went up to heaven, located his dog
Not only that, but he rejoined his arm
Down below, all the critics, they took it all back
Cancer robbed the whore of her charm

His ex-wife died of stretch marks, his ex-employer went broke
The theologians were finally found out

Right down to the ground, that old jail house burned down
The earth suffered perpetual drought

(note: I'm writing "I am" a lot)

Thanks Rog and Con, you are the WADE CO-WORKERS OF THE DAY!
