The Kinks’ Ray Davies has reportedly written a new musical based on one of the band’s biggest hits, “Come Dancing.” Davies wrote roughly 20 new songs for Come Dancing, which is set in a 1950s London dance hall. The only Kinks song to make the show is the title track.
