PAUL NEWMAN SAD TO HEAR WADE IS NO LONGER DRINKING BUD
Wade's favorite actor of all time, Paul Newman, was heard to be a bit upset that Wade is no longer drinking Bud Light. Newman himself drinks Budweiser.When Wade heard the news he said, "Sorry, Mr Newman. But seriously, the Bud Lights give me the burps and makes my gut big."

THIS IS GROUNDBREAKING NEWS:
I want to say... well, this was a hard decision. But I've talked it over with a few people close to me and...
I will no longer nurse Bud Lights at the bar.
I repeat, NO MORE BUD LIGHT FOR A. WADE.
It was a difficult decision to make. It may screw up some of the bartenders, but I am going to stick with it.
I heard that Miller Light gives you less of a beer belly and you spend less time in the bathroom the day after. Simple things, but very important things.
So good bye Bud Light, you've been making me really burp a lot lately.
Hello Miller Light. Can't wait to nurse one soon.

PLUGGING THE BEAR, MATT SEARS
One of my many TV production jobs was driving in a van driven by Matt Sears. Matt now has a blog himself and I am very excited about this. Matt (aka Larry Lohan. Fonzie Sears, THE BEAR), is good people.
LET'S MEET MATT:
In the summer Matt wears black socks with shorts.
Matt is a MASS-HOLE (he loves this term)! Yes, he is from Massachusetts!
Matt often makes comments on this site and I hope that will continue even though he will now focus his free time on his own blog.
Matt is not the lead singer of the FOO FIGHTERS (though a girl once told him that - and he told me this story the first time we were in the van together).
Matt is a pretty good driver.
Matt sometimes helps TV set scenics genius, Laura Brock.
Matt was recently in an independent, independent movie where he player a lumberjack.
Matt is my friend.

MEETING THE GREAT RICK TELANDER: REVISTED
I forgot to mention that I got to meet legendary sportswriter Rick Telander a few weeks back when he was in studio here at CLASSIC NOW.
He was a really cool guy and I got to speak with him for a couple minutes about football and my New Hampshire State High School record of shooting a 73 in a Varsity golf match (9 holes).

I had a debate contest vs a co-worker of mine today.My opponent was JEFF HEYMAN (pronounce 'HEY-MAN').
We had a series of debates on a wide range of topics including:
Seinfeld or Larry David
The Jeffersons or All in the Family
Woody Allen or Spike Lee
The judge and jury was ARIEL (our other co-worker). Jeff won the first debate (can't remember what it was about).
THEN, I WENT ON TO WIN 10 STRAIGHT! BAM! Don't mess with WADE, HEY-MAN!
I am now the office champ of 'no nonsense' debates.

I am sad of course, but I feel lucky to be able to follow such a great TEAM week after week.

Earlier today the New Jersey State Assembly passed the Smoke Free Air Act, which would make it illegal to smoke in restaurants, bars and most otherindoor public places. The bill passed the State Senate and now only needs to be signed by the acting Governor, who already said that he intends to it.

WASH AND FOLD UP 15 CENTS
The place that I have my laundry done at is increasing their prices to $1 per pound (up 15 cents).They do a great job, but that's steep, right? I mean are all laundry places in Hoboken going up in price? They said the reason is do to 'heat and oil' costs.
One thing I know about the 'Boken is that there's a ton of places to get your laundry done, any suggestions?

EULOGY FOR ZEEK THE CAT
My Aunt's Cat, ZEEK, died yesterday. I am very sad about this.
Zeek was always a fun, playful, sweet cat. He would try to cry but no sound would come out.
Though his bathroom manners where odd (he would go IN the litter box and poop OUTSIDE of it), he was a loving cat will be fondly remembered.
If there is a CAT HEAVEN... LITTLE ZEEK is there.

THE YEAR OF THE DOG? MAYBE JUST THE YEAR OF THE CURBED DOG (POOP)
Here is one of the best CURBED dogs in Hoboken, NJ (with her nice warm coat).
Seems it's that time a year again in Hoboken where people refuse to curb their dogs. I mean there's doody everywhere (like a mine field).
Kudos to this dog's owners for curbing and doing what is right!
And yes, I just bought a new pair of sneakers for 'some' reason.

Back to drinking a lot of APPLE JUICE, it's been a while since this was my favorite beverage, and now... I predict it will be the official 'WADE drink of 2006!'
